Scope
These terms would govern any order placed through this catalogue. Everything offered is For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Formation of contract
The structural shape: browsing the catalogue and adding an item to a basket is not an offer capable of acceptance. A contract would form only at the point the seller confirms an order — never automatically at checkout, and never before payment clears. Nothing here commits to a specific confirmation channel or timing until that flow exists and counsel has reviewed it.
Pricing and currency
