Halden Labs is being built as a supplier of laboratory research compounds to researchers in the United States — nobody is buying from us yet.
What we sell
The catalogue lists 7 research compounds and blends across 12 vial presentations. Everything in it is For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. It is supplied and described as an input to laboratory work and as nothing else — not a supplement, not a food, not anything intended to go into a person or an animal.
Who it is for
Qualified researchers buying for in-vitro laboratory work. Entry to the site requires confirming that you are 21 or over, that you are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals where you are, and that you will not use, resell, repackage or represent these products for use in or on a person or an animal. That is the basis on which anything here is offered, and it is not waivable.
Research use is the position, not a footnote
Research-use-only is not a line added to the bottom of a page after the selling is done. It decides what may be written anywhere on this site. No page here states what a compound does for a person, how much of it to use, or how it would be administered — not directly, not by implication, and not by quoting somebody else. If a sentence could be read as telling a person what to take, it does not get published, and the copy is checked against a forbidden-claim list before it ships.

How we handle facts
A product page carries a figure only where we can point at where it came from. CAS numbers, molecular formulas and molecular weights are printed when they have been checked against a registry record or a supplier specification, and left off the page entirely when they have not.
Where a widely-repeated figure disagrees with another source, or with the sequence it claims to describe, we print nothing and record why rather than repeat a number that cannot be right. A gap on a page here means we could not source it — not that it did not matter. It is a smaller problem than a plausible number nobody checked.
Provenance
A certificate of analysis is how a claim about a specific batch is made checkable. We publish none, because there are no batches: no material has been produced or received under a Halden lot number, so there is no certificate to show and no result to report. Pages that would carry lot data carry none.
The seller
The trading entity is a United States limited liability company. It has not been formed. There is no registered legal name, no state of formation, no filing number and no principal office to give, so none is stated anywhere on this site.
That is not a formality being left until later. Until those facts exist, no invoice can be issued — the code that writes one reads the list of unresolved facts first and refuses while any of them is open.
What is not settled
Stated plainly, because the absence is the honest part:
- No listing has been cleared for sale. Every one is recorded as still under legal review, and the default is deny — a listing is not sellable until it is cleared, not sellable until somebody proves otherwise.
- No payment method is in place. Nothing on this site can be paid for.
- No price is published for any listing.
- No policy on terms of sale, shipping or returns is in force.
