Scope

There is no live checkout today, so no order is dispatched and this policy governs nothing yet. It records the dispatch commitment the operator has set — the three-working-day clock below — and the operational detail still needed to run it.

7.3 — The three-working-day dispatch clock

Once an order can be placed, Halden Labs commits to dispatching every accepted order within three (3) working days. This is the one figure this policy fixes; everything else on this page is open.

What starts the clock. The clock starts when the order is accepted and payment has cleared — not when the order is placed, and not before payment clears.

What pauses the clock. Circumstances that would pause or reset the three-day clock (public holidays, stock shortfall, a payment or fraud hold, a shipping-address query): TBC — Circumstances that pause the dispatch clock (awaiting operator)
